This habit of deferral is why the quotes, "Ready is the result," and "Waiting is not an option," hit so hard. We wait to feel ready, but the truth is, readiness is forged in action.
The Great Flip-Flop: Why Chaos is the Best Time
I want us to make a profound mental shift today: The inconvenient time is the best time.
We treat our time just like we treat comfort food: Let's do it later. This belief system tells us to avoid the routine when things are messy. But that mindset is precisely why January is actually your worst time to start a new Wellness routine.

The System Check-in: My Sickness Example
When life hits a roller coasterโwhether itโs the holiday chaos or a sudden illness, as I experienced this past weekโthat is the BEST TIME to stick to your basics.
My own system check-in this week told me: Energy is low, so what is the non-negotiable? The system answered: Sleep is the most important. It's your non-negotiable; go back to bed. I prioritized sleep, silence, and mindful food choices.
This is the crucial lesson: Inconvenient time is when you learn the true power of your system. If you miss this opportunity to fall back into your basics during chaos, your routine will statistically fail (98% of people fail in the first six months) because you didn't plan for the setbacks.
