I want to reflect on something that sits deeply with me, something that affects everything we do: The ultimate ripple effect.
Nadya's Life Principle: How We Do One Thing is How We Do Everything.
Where I think we truly get it wrong is believing we are just one little individual person, and what we doβor don't doβonly impacts ourselves.
We throw one piece of trash out the window, we eat one piece of junk food, we listen to one piece of negative thought. We don't realize the compound effect of these choices. Then we complain about being overweight, or busy, and wonder why life is the way it is.
We are fed the lie that being "too busy" is a badge of honor, and that convinces us we don't have time to prep food or exercise. We choose the convenience actionβthe skipped restβand we choose the Sickness Vortex.

The Sickness Vortex and the Interconnected Life
When your body and mind feel "crappy," that energy deficit doesn't stay contained. It immediately translates into every area of your life:

In Your Relationships: If my body feels crappy, I cannot be the real, good, positive me I know I can be. I lack the energy to truly hear my loved ones, I miss the nuances, and I withdraw because my energy is spent fighting my own internal sickness.

In Your Business: The way my body and my mind and my soul is depleted, my business is depleted. My work becomes pushing and pulling, rather than generating clear, laser-focused action.
The Planetary Ripple: Your Highest Contribution
Every single step, every single choice, every single thought you have creates an energetic flow. That immediate environment is my bigger environment, and folks, ultimately, the world.
