The "I Want to Change, and I Do Not Want to Change" Paradox

This is the challenge I hear from nearly every client: "I want to change, and I do not want to change."

It's actually a documented phenomenonβThe Paradox of Change. We know we will feel better if we change, but at the same time, we resist doing the very thing that helps us change.
The struggle isn't knowing what to do; itβs about transforming your experience. As I often say, "It's not about the destination. It's about the journey."
ποΈ The Remedy: Finding Your "Why Under Why"
If you know you really want to change but find yourself resisting, the solution is simple: dig deeper and find your intrinsic Why, the Wellness Vortex Non-Negotiable Habit!
