So what is a Healthy Eating Challenge?

A cleanse is a gentle way of clearing excess toxins from the body so it can operate at it’s highest potential. Think of a cleanse as something that delivers an all access pass to boundless reserves of energy that you didn’t know you had! You’ll find that every part of your body works better simply by “switching on” your metabolism through cleansing.

A: Our Program is a comprehensive wellness initiative that focuses on detoxifying your body and promoting overall well-being. It combines nourishing foods, specially formulated protein meal drinks, personalized supplementation and expert guidance to help you achieve optimal health.

 

Q: How long does the Program last, and what are the options available?

A: The Program typically spans 21 days (three weeks), providing a holistic approach to cleansing and rejuvenation. A prep week, cleanse week, a re-introductions week. I recorded this overview video of three stages. However, we understand that individual preferences and schedules may vary. As such, we can individualize and find a group that starts at your convenient time. 

Prep Week: Kicking off September 22nd, we'll prepare you with menus and recipes.
Cleanse Week: A guided week to reset your system. We are eating the rainbow + clean protein.
Food Reintroduction Week: Learn what works for your unique body.

 

Q: What does the Program involve regarding dietary choices?

A: During the Program, we advocate for a wholesome and balanced diet, centered around fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. We encourage removing unhealthy (trans and saturated) fats, red meats, grains, dairy, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.  Our provided guidelines and recipes are designed to make your journey enjoyable and nourishing.

 

Q: Are there any specific foods or substances to avoid during the Program?

A: To maximize the benefits of the cleanse, we recommend avoiding processed foods, refined sugars, caffeine, alcohol, and other unhealthy additives. Eliminating these items supports your body's natural detoxification process.

 

Q: Can I exercise while on the Program?

A: Absolutely! Moderate exercise is encouraged during the program, as it complements the cleansing process and supports your overall well-being. In fact, on day 4, you may find a new level of energy!! However, we advise against rigorous workouts that might strain your body excessively.

 

Q: What benefits can I expect from the Program?
