Feeling stuck? Use these 3 steps ☕️

I was making my coffee this morning, just watching the steam rise, and I got wrapped up in a thought that I think many of you are carrying today, too.
It’s that heavy, stagnant feeling of being stuck.
In my work as a Wellness Coach, I hear it every day. "Nadya, I’m stuck at this weight." "I’m stuck in this fatigue." "I just can’t get the breakthrough I need." But as I was pouring my coffee, I realized something:
How we do one thing is how we do everything.
If I feel stuck in my health, I can almost guarantee I’ll start feeling stuck in my bank account, or my relationships, or that feeling that I just want my life to move along a little bit faster.
Do you feel that? That "enough is enough" moment?
Here’s the thing—animals don’t get "stuck." Only humans do, because "stuck" isn’t a physical object. I can touch my journal, I can touch my coffee mug... but I can’t touch "stuck." It’s an experience. It’s a story we tell ourselves.
This Easter weekend, I want to talk about Resurrection. Not just the holiday, but the literal act of resurrecting a new version of you. The version that isn’t scared, isn’t tired, and isn't waiting for a doctor or a spouse to give them the "right" direction.
How do we actually choose a new story?
It happens in these three steps:
Step 1: The Behavior (The Breath)
This is your "Master Key." You don’t have to buy it; it’s always with you. When you notice that anchor of a negative thought, use it as a signal to breathe. Inhale the space, and on the exhale, choose the keyword: Release. Release the judgment and replace it with curiosity.
Step 2: The Belief (The Reframe)
In "My Power Journal", I talk about the three pillars: Behaviors, Beliefs, and Being. If you believe you are stuck, you act stuck. But "stuck" is just a belief. Moment by moment, you have the power to reframe that story. If you aren't stuck, what are you? Are you "in transition"? Are you "preparing for a leap"?
Step 3: The Being (The Identity)
This is where the magic happens. Your identity is caught, not taught. It’s the result of practicing Step 1 and Step 2 over and over again. Your "Being" eventually catches up to your new actions.
People ask me, "Nadya, how long does it take to change a habit?"
It’s a 7-21-90 day process.
7 days to catapult the change.
21 days to shift the behavior.
3 months until you wake up and realize, "Wow, this is just who I am now."
But here is the catch: Statistically, only 2% of us will actually do it.
Most people hear a good idea and think, "That’s nice," but their commitment level is below an 80/100. They don't feel the urgency to practice. But that 2%? They are the ones who are successful and happy in every area of life because they understand that wellness is a practice, like going to the gym for your soul.
