Something you may not know about me is that 13 years ago I went through one of the hardest times of my life.

I would go to the gym and end up with panic attacks. My days were filled with a very heavy heart. I was not good enough for my children and not good enough to build a successful career and make my own money. I wanted a fulfilling partner relationship.  

 

Then, I took the plunge, hired a coach, and started going through the coaching process. At first, I was scared to make changes, but over time was lead through one eye-opening experience after another that changed my life.

 

What I now know to be true is:

I can be myself.

I can heal myself.

I can be confident and love my body.

My pain can turn into strength and strength can turn into power.

It’s okay to reinvent yourself at any age.

It’s okay to not feel like you should be happier.

It’s okay to get help.

I don’t have to be someone's conception of an ideal woman.

Change takes courage, but we don’t have to do it alone.

 

Now, I want to help others the way I have been helped. I went through a rigorous process to get my health, life coaching and fitness certifications. Every client I have ever worked with has had their own series of breakthroughs like the ones that I shared.
