The Most Dangerous Health Risk
Blessed Sunday,
I’m writing to you today from the park. The air is beautiful, and I’ve been sitting here reflecting on a word I hear almost every single day.
It’s a word that, as someone who loves health and wellness, truly hurts my heart to hear.

That word is "Later."
We say things like:
-
"I’m too overwhelmed right now."
-
"I’ll start when things settle down at work."
-
"I’ll focus on my health once summer is over (or once New Year's comes)."
But here is the "Mic Drop" truth: Later doesn't exist. 🎤💥
We don’t live in the past. We don’t live in the future. We only live in this current, singular moment. Whatever I just said a second ago is gone. Whatever is happening tonight might not even happen. All we have is Now.
When we say we are "waiting for a better time," what we are actually doing is choosing to put our life on hold.
The "Non-Negotiable" Reality
Wellness isn't an "extra" thing you add to your life when you have free time. Wellness is happening right now, whether you are intentional about it or not.
Think about it—you are performing "Non-Negotiable" habits every second:

You are breathing.

Your heart is beating.
-
You are holding a certain posture.
-
You are thinking certain thoughts.
You don't say, "I'll breathe later" or "I'll roll my shoulders back once I'm less busy." You are doing it now. The only difference between feeling "stuck" and feeling "powerful" is Intentionality.
Stop Waiting. Start Doing (In 3 Seconds)
You don’t need a miracle to change your health. You just need to stop waiting for "later."
Do this with me right now:

Take a deep, intentional breath.

Roll your shoulders back and down.

Stand (or sit) a little taller.
