Ever feel like you're constantly on the go but not making much progress on your goals? We've all been there – we talk about our dreams, take some steps, but progress feels slow or nonexistent. We see others achieving incredible success, and it can be frustrating to feel stuck.

The secret to breaking through those plateaus often lies in a single action: the needle-mover.

This is one critical daily activity that significantly impacts your most important goal. It might not always be easy, but it moves the needle forward, even if your brain tries to talk you out of it!

Let's talk about some examples and see if you recognize yourself:

  • You spend a lot of time on your phone and never get to the important stuff. (Needle-mover: Schedule focused work time in your calendar and stick to it!)
  • You want to write a book but get overwhelmed by the idea of starting. (Needle-mover: Write just one page every day.)
  • You struggle to lose weight because healthy food prep feels like a chore. (Needle-mover: Spend 30 minutes on Sundays prepping healthy snacks for the week.)
  • You want to lose weight and know you need to pick up a physical activity. (Needle-mover: After a workday, go for a brisk 15-minute walk.

Here's a simple 3-step process to identify your daily needle-mover:

My 90-Day Challenge to all of us:

1.1. Focus on one area: What area of your life do you want to see the biggest improvement in over the next 90 days? (e.g., career, health, relationships, money)

1.2. Identify the key action: If you could do one thing each day that would significantly move the needle in this area, what would it be?

2. Prioritize self-care: In this same area of focus, choose one self-care habit that will support your success (e.g., sleep, meditation, exercise). (Bonus! If your chosen area is health, self-care is doubly important.)

3. Accountability:

  • Internal: Journal your plan: Write down your chosen "needle-mover" and self-care habit in your journal (check out "My Power Journal"!). Use your journal or a tracker for personal accountability.
  • External: Consider a supportive friend for external accountability. Plus, if you're interested in exploring Accountability Coaching with me, let me know below!

Remember, three months is a powerful timeframe to transform your life, one season at a time.

Hey everyone, Let's talk about you. I invite us all to commit to your, our, mine, 90-day challenge. In fact, spring into summer challenge. Why is it 90 days?

How about we use an opportunity to move our life forward in the areas that are really important to you? With those three months of calendar some, well calendar spring. We've got March, first of the day. We've got April, we've got May and guess what happens after May? Summertime at least on the calendar. I'm just gonna calculate calendar because that's how my brain works and it's easy to track. So what do I mean by committing to your 90-day spring to summer challenge?

First of all, it's your own commitment to be countable to yourself and please remember we are always 100% accountable for our actions and our results and it is just up to us. So if you know that you want to improve in certain area of your life, whether it's your health, whether it's business, whether it's personal, career, money,

my invitation to you to take that area of your life on and create a 90-day kind of a sprint to

move that area towards what you want. So that's that area of life. I mentioned several and I'm gonna put the second area of your life is actually health. So the health is because it is our personal self-care. It's how we function in other areas of our life. I'm actually gonna have and say your self-care always need to be on the foreground of

what you're doing, who you are, and how you've been and how you treat everything else. Show my second invitation, which they are not separated. You take your self-care challenge to as well as a part because it's going to be like an engine for your other challenge and decide how do you want to improve your health and if your answer is I want to lose 20 pounds by the summer, it's a great

result and a goal, but what is the one? Needle-moving activity that you want to commit to. Here's my example. If you know that you need to drink more water and it will actually help you build more full and prevent constantly snacking, please just take that. Take so tiny, such a tiny habit, but it's the habit that really moves your needle forward and if you say three months is too much for that one habit, well, first of all, how long have you not been drinking adequate amount of water?

Let's take three months to actually get that habit. It's a habit, which means it's a part of who you are and your body does it naturally. It's a part of your memory. It's a part of you being an identity. If you know you need, for example, portion control, just two, thirty-three for me, one bite, thirty-three times, choose. Commit to being that mindful for your 90 days. I guarantee you after 90 days, you're like, oh, don't want to talk to me about that. I got it.

So ladies and gentlemen, I invite you to commit to your 90 day spring to summer challenge by decide what major area of your life you want to move and upgrade and improve. And what is the one needle mover activity? Oh, I didn't give an example here. OK, you got the point. One needle mover activity, the tiny one. I'm going to give you an example. I've heard in the last couple of weeks is I want to improve my business. And what I know will improve my business is to make cold calls 45 a day.

For example, that's a very tiny but man needle moving activity. Do you get it? And with that, as your engine, as your foundation, that's why I call it non-negotiable foundational self care habits. That's why my power journal exists. You're going to commit to your health and you're going to decide what is one needle moving habit. And again, if you're not sure, let me know, open my power journal or go to my website and grab my power journal. And in fact, I think the assessment is also on my power journal page and commit

to that habit because again, how you're being for your health and who you are is how you're going to perform in those those important areas of your life. So please commit to your challenge from spring to summer.
