What to Expect: Your Roadmap to Stability

 

This workshop is designed for everyone—from athletes looking to optimize performance to individuals who want to feel more secure in their daily movements . We will use a systematic, science-based approach to help you master your own balance. 

 

1. Discover Your Baseline

We will begin by assessing your current neuromuscular efficiency.  

You’ll learn how your visual, vestibular (inner ear), and proprioceptive systems work together to keep you upright, and we will identify any "leaks" in your kinetic chain.

 

2. Find Your Place on the Progression Scale  

Using the NASM Integrated Balance Training continuum, we will walk through the levels of stabilization, strength, and power.

You will identify exactly where you fall on this scale so you can train safely and effectively. 

 

3. Build Your "What, How, and When" Plan 

You won't just learn exercises; you’ll learn a system.

We will cover: 

  •  What specific movements will address your personal balance challenges. 

  •  How to perform them with perfect form to optimize your "neuromuscular efficiency". 

  •  When to progress to the next level so you are always improving without risk of injury.

     

4. Personalized Live Q&A (15 Minutes)

At the end of the session, I’m opening the floor for a live Q&A.

This is your time for a personalized approach—ask about specific challenges, gear, or how to adapt these movements for your unique lifestyle.

 

5. Your 4-Page Take-Home Guideline

Every participant will walk away with a detailed, 4-page handout.
