When you walk into the room, what happens? ⚡️

I was out on my walk today, reflecting on the season. My kids are home, college plans are being set (one is even heading overseas!), and my birthday is coming up. It’s a season of massive expansion, and it got me thinking: we often wait for the "big things" to change our energy, but the reality is much simpler.
I went live on Facebook earlier with a challenge that I want to pose to you now:
When you walk into a room, what energy is there?
And more importantly—is the energy in that room different because you are in it?
Most people think energy is something that happens to them. But the truth is, you are a generator. People feel you before they even look at you. If you’re walking into a room (or a business meeting, or your own home) and you’re feeling a "dip," it’s because you’re absorbing the environment instead of setting the frequency.
Remember: How you do one thing is how you do everything.
If you’re feeling low-voltage, it’s not because you’re "stuck." It’s because your engines are stalling. This week in the Academy, we broke down exactly how to fix this with our 3-Engine Framework:
