What happens during
Group Accountability Calls
The flow of our coaching material is based on my personal experience, beliefs, and values as a coach. It is what I am holding to be true.
Here are Coaching By Nadya paradigms:
- Self care is non-negotiable; methods are. Self-love is self-acceptance. Love yourself through self care.
- Don't wait for motivation. Be a powerplant. Generate it.
- Be 100% responsible for your own choices and results.
- Ultimate transformation /Habit change is a 3-step process: behaviors, beliefs, and identity.
- Transformation is a process of changing one habit at a time.
- Be intentional.
- Choice vs Change; have a menu of options to choose from.
- Curiosity vs. Judgment; transformation happens in relaxed state of mind, which is curiosity.
- Transformation in health is a three-pillar system: mindset, nutrition, and fitness.
- Lifetime transformation is a 3-stage process: foundation, results, and maintenance.
The group coaching program lasts six months with weekly calls and daily accountability in between. During the six months, we get crystal clear on vision, goals, and weekly action steps.
Each weekly call has three parts:
Part 1. Week's report. Celebrations. Challenges. What would members like out of today?
Part 2. Education and coaching.
Part 3. Accountability.
During the educational and coaching segment, we cover such important wellness tools as:
- Mental rehearsal and art of visualization
- Mindful eating
- High and low-energy foods
- Dealing with self-sabotage
- Morning routines for success and happiness during the day
- Hunger-fullness scale, portion control, and healthy food on the go
- Setting boundaries: the art of saying No
- Honoring our gut and inner wisdom
- Discover our relationship with our inner child
- Diet and exercise for weight loss
- Calendar and fitness management for busy people
- And many more topics on mind and mindfulness, nutrition and food, fitness and movement.
At the end of the group call, each member commits to one action for the week. She also chooses an accountability partner within the group.
Both members help keep each other accountable by
- Announcing what she is committed to for the week and taking a commitment from her accountability partner.
- Deciding on a way to communicate (setting proper expectations for success).
- Letting her accountability partner know what she would like to hear or receive when she does what she said she was committed to and what she would like to hear or receive when she does not do what she said she was committed to.
The magic of transformation happens between group sessions. And that is why having an accountability partner is so crucial. Members also have online community support. In that chat, a member can choose to report daily on her actions. Through the chat members also have live access to me.
Members grow in confidence and strength in who they are.
They learn to honor their bodies.
They learn to prioritize themselves and rule their calendar.
They learn to honor their boundaries by saying yes to themselves first.
Self-care becomes non-negotiable while methods of implementation are flexible. There is no blame or guilt, just taking 100% responsibility for actions and results.
They are a part of a like-minded community!
It's better together!
That's the power!
