I am originally from St. Petersburg, Russia. I have lived in the U.S. since 2003, finding myself 13 years ago, a sick and tired young mom.
I went through a 13-year journey of learning and experimenting with tools and techniques to restore my body, mind and spirit.
I work with busy professional women over 40 who want balance in their lives but don’t have time and energy. I help them build a strong body and mind through mindset, nutrition, and fitness, one habit at a time.

Daily Accountability & Motivation
You receive daily motivational topics and accountability challenges to help you build healthy habits.
And stick with your good habits!
Each month we focus on a new specific topic for a deep dive into developing a healthy mindset, following nutritional meal planning and food choice, and maintaining a strong and healthy fitness level.
Each month we get together for a live training where you learn and share, plus get your questions answered LIVE! Check out our upcoming training on the Events page.
You have access to a library of training sessions for physical workouts, mindset topics, and finding your own healthy lifestyle. Accessible via your phone, tablet, or computer to help you anywhere, anytime.
Each coaching (mindset, nutrition) session is between 10 and 25 minutes, and specifically designed to target one area or topic. We cover building a healthy mindset, stress and time management, weight loss, self-care, and physical fitness.
Fitness: Three levels of fitness programs, from Level 1 - for limited mobility, to Level 2 - for low impact, to Level 3 - for high impact. Each workout is between 20 to 30 minutes, and includes a warm-up, workout, and stretching cool-down segment. Workouts are designed to build strength, balance and tone through functional and corrective exercise.
