Book Club

"I have a bad habit of overscheduling or being overly flexible about work and school 24/7. Not always efficient. I developed this habit in high school. When I started ultimate transformation club I scheduled pilates 3x wk to commit to my health. Then I said no to a job offer (I had applied months before). I gave two month notice to a job I do only 1 day a week so that I can have a more focused schedule and visit my family. Today for first time in months I will visit with a friend, because for the first time I put time with a friend in my planner. This is a big deal!
