Blissful Sunday Morning!
I was driving yesterday, and I caught myself in a moment that I think many of you can relate to right now.
I noticed my posture. I was holding the steering wheel so tight my knuckles were white. My whole body was leaning forward, my chest was tight, and my shoulders were up to my ears. Mentally, I was already at my destination before the car even got there.
In that moment, I remembered my own tools. I stopped.
I physically sat back into the seat, relaxed my body, and opened my chest to take a deep breath. The shift was instant. As I sat back, I noticed my emotions shift as well. The stress simply dissipated. My mind became clear, and for the first time during that drive, I felt emotionally presentโactually capable of feeling joy.
The Posture of Power
I realized: Leaning forward is the posture of overwhelm and pain. Sitting back is your posture of Power.
As we enter this final week before Christmas, look around. You can see the collective "leaning forward" of the world. People are leaning into the rush, the stores, and the stress. But when we lean forward, we are reacting to the chaos.
When we sit back, we lead our own experience.
Sitting back is how we stay 80/20โconsistently charged with the joy and peace needed to enjoy this season. Here are three Non-Negotiable Wellness Habits you can use right now to make that shift:

Step 1. Focus on Your Posture: If you catch yourself "reaching" for the next task or gift, physically sit back. Open your chest and drop your shoulders.

Step 2. Take a Deep Breath: It is the fastest way to tell your nervous system that you are safe and in control.

Step 3. Notice the Quiet Moment: In the middle of the noise, look for the silence. Even a second of internal quiet can reset your energy.
The best part? You can do these while you are doing everything else. You donโt have to take extra time out of your busy day to reclaim your peace; you just have to change your posture within it.
You will be a much greater gift to your loved ones if you are sitting back in your Power rather than leaning forward in stress.

Functional Fitness focuses on teaching proper body mechanics and functional movements (Squats, Lunges, Push, Pull, Bent, Twists, Gait) to build strength, balance, and confidence for daily life.
Levels of Difficulty:

Level 1: Fusion Flow: Gentle. Full body functional and corrective exercises. Standing or sitting. No floor work. Great for limited mobility, beginners, or recovery.

Level 2: Medium Difficulty: Low Impact. Full body strength and cardio. Includes floor work, but no hopping or jumping.

Level 3: High Difficulty: High Impact. Full body. Includes hopping, jumping, and floor work, with modifications available.
