LIABILITY WAIVER. By submitting, you agree Coaching by Nadya, LLC are not physicians or psychologists, and the scope of his/her consultation services does not include treatment or diagnosis of specific illnesses or disorders. If I, the client, suspect I may have an ailment or illness that may require medical attention, then it is my responsibility to consult with a licensed physician immediately. Only a licensed physician can prescribe drugs.   Any mention of drugs in the course of consultation is only for the purpose of providing a complete history of drugs that the client is taking and not for coaches of Coaching by Nadya, LLC to judge the appropriateness of the medication. As a certified transformational life coaches and certified health and fitness coaches, Coaching by Nadya, LLC primarily educates and motivates clients to assume more personal responsibility for their health by adopting a healthy attitude, lifestyle, and diet.  While people generally experience greater health and wellness as a result of embracing a healthier attitude, lifestyle, and diet, Coaching by Nadya, LLC does not promise or guarantee protection from future illness.  By signing below, I acknowledge that I understand that coaches at Coaching by Nadya, LLC are Transformational Life Coaches and not a physician, and that I should see a doctor if I think I have a medical condition. Coaching by Nadya, LLC will not be held liable for failure to diagnose or treat an illness, nor will she/he be liable for failure to prevent future illness.  In addition, I have given Coaching by Nadya, LLC a complete and accurate account of any medical conditions that I may have and any medications that I am taking.

Level 1 - Fusion Flow, limited mobility. Level 2 - beginners to intermediate, low impact. Level 3 - intermediate to advanced, high impact. 

  • Monday at 7:15 - 7:45 AM - all levels

  • Monday at 12-12:20 PM (Level 1) - Fusion Flow

  • Tuesday at 3 - 3:20 PM (Level 1) - Fusion Flow

  • Wednesday at  7:15 - 7:45 AM - all levels

  • Thursday at 3 -3:20 PM (Level 1) - Fusion Flow

  • Friday at 7:15 - 7:45 AM - all levels

  • Friday at 12-12:20 PM (Level 1) - Fusion Flow

  • You can join any or ALL classes every week!!!

 

What you are getting:

  •  In each workout, we focus on strength, cardio, balance and stability. They are perfect for weight loss, toning up, building body confidence and strength, fall prevention and coordination.
  • Each workout is between 20 to 30 minutes and includes warm-ups, the main workout, and stretches
  • Each lesson is different. Never get bored with the same routine.
  • Each workout has corrective exercise elements built-in, helping your body properly align.
  • Each month features a different workout structure. It's a great way to learn different routines and techniques.
  • Real-time instructions on proper form, a great way to learn the right and safe way to exercise.
  • In each workout lesson, I show different levels/modifications of intensity and difficulty so that you can choose the level that is right for you.
  • LIVE benefit: I adjust exercises based who I see in the class to keep you save and still give you a great workout.
