What you will receive in the program:
Live Group Fitness Classes
• Unlimited monthly access to all classes
• Each lesson is different. Never get bored with the same routine.
• Each month is different structure of workouts. It's a great way to learn different routines and techniques.
• Instant instructions on proper form. It's a great way to learn the right and safe way.
• In each workout lesson I show different levels/modifications of intensity and difficulty, so that you can choose your current level to perform.

You can also join any of the classes below at no charge or just have them in mind for future reference.
Level 1 - Fusion Flow, limited mobility
Level 2 - beginners to intermediate, low impact
Level 3 - intermediate to advanced, high impact
• Monday at 7:15 AM (All Levels) - Intermediate to High
• Tuesday at 3 PM (Level 1) - Fusion Flow
• Wednesday at 7:15 AM (All Levels) - Intermediate to High
• Thursday at 3 PM (Level 1) - Fusion Flow
• Friday at 7:15 AM (All Levels) - Intermediate to High
• You can join any or ALL classes every week!!!
Each group fitness class will be recorded and accessible for you at any time. If you missed a class or a session, you can always catch the replay at your most convenient time.
* Accessing recordings is as easy as using an app on your smartphone. To find an app, search for Kajabi and download > locate Coaching by Nadya > Find your programs.
As a member of the Power Club, you will also be invited to join our Monthly Live Member Trainings.

3. Schedule your complimentary Deep Dive Session https://www.coachingbynadya.com/deep-dive (if you have not done so) within two weeks of you joining the program.

Length of the Program. It is a membership based. Cancel any time.
Refunds. Once the agreement is signed and payment delivered, there is no refund policy. In case of life-threatening or medical emergency, the request of refund consideration can be delivered in a written form.
