Step 1. Putting your “dream hat” on.

What do you want in major areas of your life; Health, relationships, career, finances, connection to something greater?
Start thinking about what you want; key words, expressions, or images that really speak to your vision. Consider finding three images that represent different areas of life and dreams that are important to you in the coming year.

Step 2. Prepping.

Decide on the form of your board. It can be digital, or a collage on a poster board or a folder.
Go ahead and collect important words and images you want to use for your board. 

Step 3. Putting together.

Choose the material and tools. Print your images and key words. Put them on the board and secure. 

Your vision board is complete!
