I live by what I teach: intentional mindset, nutrition, and fitness so we can have the Ultimate Transformation in health and life we desire.
I work with busy professional women over 40 who want strength and balance but don’t have time, energy and want guidance. I help them build strength in bodies and minds and balance in health and life through mindset, nutrition, and fitness, one habit at a time.
I work exclusively remotely.
I hold a master’s degree in psychology and a bachelor's in Education from the State University in St. Petersburg, Russia.
I also hold health and life coaching certifications, with a focus on transforming behaviors, beliefs, and identity.
I hold personal fitness training certifications with a corrective exercise specialization, focusing on functional movement to help individuals with everyday activities.
I am originally from St. Petersburg, Russia. I have lived in the U.S. since 2003, finding myself 13 years ago, a sick and tired young mom.
Through my own struggles, experience and study, I created the Ultimate Transformation, a three-pillar system (mindset, nutrition and fitness) and a three-step process (behaviors, beliefs, identity) to transform and improve all aspects of life through mindset, nutrition and fitness, one habit at a time.
These three pillars and their three steps are absolutely essential for a long-term results and your ultimate transformation in health and life.
In our Ultimate Transformation Club, we, together, work in these three pillars to develop mastery or healthy habits.
I am a member of Toastmasters International and the National Public Speakers Association. I host weekly live streams as well as being a sought-after speaker for businesses and non-profit organizations.
